100% COVERAGE ON ALL PIECES
All pieces purchased by members of Privilege Gold are completely insured against breakage with LAP 100%. This means that if any of your registered sculptures are damaged during the calendar year starting from the date of purchase, you can replace it with a new one or another of equal or less value without any extra cost.

Redemption of Pieces
You will receive your Lladro Gold Membership Kit in the mail in about 4-6 weeks. In that package will be certificates to fill out to authorize your request to purchase any piece available to Lladro Gold Members. Just send in that application. Your piece will be sent upon receipt and approval of the application.
