only sell new first quality Lladro in the Lladro box. Your Lladro purchases are guaranteed 100%, fully

Shipping Info
All orders are shipped out using UPS or USPS
to ensure prompt delivery. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. Typical ground shipment takes place within 1-7 business days after processing
(plus time in transit). Air
Shipping takes place same or next business day after processing. Shipping time in transit varies.
If you need a specific delivery date, please insert this in the comments area at
checkout or email us. Note: There is no UPS shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and
National Holidays, please do not calculate this as time in transit. We do not
offer online tracking of orders. On all orders shipped from our Florida
warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number at the time of shipment by UPS. At this time we do not ship outside of the US.
Shipments may be delayed by "Weather Delays" and we have no control over
this. Shipping time may be affected and there are no refunds on shipping due to
weather delays.
Processing Time
Orders are processed the same or next business day. Orders are not processed on
Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders received after 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) are
processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99 ($9.99 under). On all
air shipments we calculate our shipping rates using the UPS quick cost
calculator. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska require 2 DAY or Next Day
Shipping. On any "Oversized" Package, UPS requires we ship by dimensional weight. We reserve the right to add up to
$50.00 to cover additional
shipping expenses
on dimensional shipments. Orders to an APO box will be shipped via the US Post Office. Choose UPS as your shipping option.
Price Match:
We meet all authorized US and European dealer prices at the time you order. We
do not meet eBay prices or closeout or retired priced items. Note, European
imports may be subject to a duty of 6%.
Lladro Assurance Program
A complete service for you to enjoy your sculptures for a long time. Insure your
sculpture at no charge from the date of purchase and forever.
In the event of breakage, you can buy your article again,
or another one of the same price or lower with a 33% discount on the price. Just
complete the Free Assurance Certificate you will find inside the box with your
details.

Taxes:
We charge tax on orders in Florida.
Personalization
Lladro personalization of pieces is done in Spain. Delivery of orders takes
about 6 weeks. Personalization is a "Special Order". We require payment at the
time of order. These orders may not be cancelled once personalization has begun.
Lladro personalization's are done on the bottom of the piece except for Heaven's
Gift.
Gift Wrap:
If you wish to have your item gift-wrapped, please indicate so on the order form. We are happy to wrap your purchase. Please include a message if you like as well.
Refund and Return Policy:
We accept returns* within a 15-day period for a refund**/exchange.
No exchanges or refunds after 15 days. All returns must be approved before being
returned or they will be refused at the warehouse. Email us for approval at
cs@addisoncollection.com. All merchandise must be returned in new mint condition (including the Lladro box) with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Do not ship a Lladro without packaging it in a outer carton or we will not accept it
for return as it is considered damaged and unsalable.
Note: Lladro Serial Numbers must match original shipment for refund or exchange. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping charges. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was
made. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs
(If your item shipped free we will deduct the shipping charges incurred by us)
and processing fees.
*There are no returns on Privilege or Privilege Gold Memberships or sculptures,
Lladro Jewelry, or any Limited Editions. There are no returns on Special Order
items such as Personalized pieces. Lladro sculptures over $500 are subject to a
25% restocking fee. There is a $7.50 processing fee on all returns.
**No refunds on items sold below List Price, Exchange only plus any
applicable fees and or shipping charges.
Damaged Merchandise:
In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit please follow the
instructions, which are included with your shipment. Do not throw away any
packing including the outer carton as this will void any claims. Damage claims
must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving shipment or your claim is
invalid.
Site Errors:
We reserve the right to make corrections on any item. In the event a piece
has been described incorrectly or priced incorrectly we will email you with
details. We will not process any order where a error has occurred.
We are a Lladro Privilege Dealer! We feature all Lladro figurine including
Limited Editions and new introductions.
